It all started with a simple desire: to create a sincere, gourmet and human place.

 

We envision each pastry, viennoiserie, and savory dish as a story of the season, the producer, and the expertise. Our ingredients are carefully sourced, preferably from short supply chains, chosen for their freshness and quality.

 

ROSA is a lively and welcoming space where people come as much to enjoy a specialty coffee or a single-origin tea as to take a break, exchange ideas, and breathe a little in the rhythm of daily life.

 

It is also a passionate duo, driven by the conviction that the human must remain at the center: behind the counter, in the workshop, as well as at the table.
